Video & Race Report: Trans Caledonia Day 5 & 6 - Golfie & Glentress

For me it showcased three very different riding areas in the country. Yes, the event itself may not be accessible to all - unfortunately, myself included. However, if I didn’t know what was around events wise, and wanted to race similar trails, it would make me look for what racing was available in each area, which is thankfully the case. Fingers crossed my numbers come up and I can get on it in the future, for now, I’ll be thankful that the breadth of riding opportunities in Scotland was displayed to a wider audience and others may now want to come and experience what we have to to offer. You never know, these people might chip into each trail association’s donations pot and spend a few pennies at the excellent local bike shops that are around in each of the areas
