Video: SRAM's Wireless Eagle AXS Drivetrain Explained
I've always had this daydream about a 1x drivetrain with 2 shifters for right hand shift up and left hand shift down. Just like the flappy paddles in a race car! Now, finally, I can make that a multi-thousand dollar reality.

Review: HXR's Easy Shift Crankset Changes Gears Without Pedaling
Stop me if I'm wrong, still trying to get my head around this: 1) If the rear wheel stops turning (lock up, big dirty skids, etc) the chain stops moving. But then when the wheel starts to rotate again the chain starts going? So in steep technical terrain where the wheel might go 'stopped to moving to stopped to moving' several times in a few seconds, the chain is getting pushed and pulled all over the place. 2) And surely a conventional drivetrain is designed around the chain being taut on the top length and 'pulled' round. It seems like when freewheeling this would be taut on the bottom half (through the derailleur) and the chain is 'pushed' on the top length. With the 12 speed cassette and the chain line issues already in place, that sounds like a recipe for disaster.

Fox 36 Factory Fit4 29 Boost

$600 GBP
Hi, This is my 2017 Fox 36 Factory, absolute top of the range version. This is to suit 29" wheels with Boost spacing, and currently runs 150mm travel. I have no idea about changing the travel! Serviced about 6 months ago, and ridden 3 times since then... Pick up a bargain, this would be £1200 from a shop. Have a look at my other adverts for frame and wheels, open to offers if you want items together.

Bontrager Line Pro 30 Carbon 29 Boost

$650 GBP
Hi all, These are my Bontrager Line Pro 30 wheels in 29", Boost spacing. These wheels have literally done 1 ride, then I decided to change the bike. Stupid, I know... Cost me £900-odd, save yourself a load of cash here on a highly regarded carbon wheelset. Complete with valves, and rim inserts, exactly as they come out of the box. Not including the tyres, cassette or brake rotors in the asking price, but if you really need them we could possibly do a deal. Also open to offers if combined with the frame and forks I am also selling. Get in touch!

Nicolai GeoMetron G13 Longest

$1450 GBP
For reluctant sale is my Nicolai G13 frame. This is the ‘Longest’ size, equivalent to a Large for riders of 6’ to about 6’4. Reach is 510mm, 64-65 degree headangle, 130mm travel for 29” Boost wheels. This frame can run 150mm of travel with a 190*57 shock, such as coil X2 or an EXT. As you can see from the pictures, the frame is near immaculate condition, only moderate use and maintained to the highest standard. See more details here: Please note this is frame and shock only for £1650 *now reduced to £1450*. Forks and wheels also available, but NOT full bike. Please contact for more details!

Intend's New Headset Actually Improves Cockpit Stiffness - Review
So I'll chuck in my $0.02... This IS a real issue. I have a very similar bike to Paul, a Geometron G13 29er and I'm also a fairly big guy, 6'2 and 14st. Even with a Boost 36 at 150mm travel, there is noticeable disconnect between the inputs at the bar and the bike responding. It sometimes feels like the steering is 'sprung' so the first part of the input at the bars 'winds up' this spring, then it snaps into movement. This is flex, primarily through my awful Mavic wheels, but also through the bars/stems/headset/steerer connections.
