Bike Check: Matt Walker's Pivot Switchblade 29
186cm here and ride large RM Altitude, has the same reach than this medium Pivot heheh also kinda depends on what steam u prefer, 50mm is what i use, so if i wanted 30mm i would want 2cm longer reach(480mm) a xl i guess.

I'm about 6'1...186cm and I ride large altitude, I don't really find it short, plus I was always adviced that I need to ride xl frames cuz of 89cm inseam(long legs as fck)... I don't really get it how can long reach help my long legz and short torso

Review: Rocky Mountain Altitude Alloy 30
@speed10: I hawe the last year wersion of RM Alloy30, and i think Nx is not that bad, had no probloms so far, it rides just fine, and i prefer it ower the xt and slx combo i hawe on Trek Xcaliber... i know not as bling, but i dont care, pluss Srams cage lock on Nx derailleur wins for me.

Review: Forbidden's New High Pivot Trail Bike - the 2019 Druid
@Primoz: Primoz, i hawe the same leg inseam, same arm span than u, but am 5 cm shorter in height than u... I ride RM Altitude 2018 (Large), and it has the same reach as Giant Reign and Druid. I am always betwen size L and XL, and i mostly go for L. Altitude fits me right, was riding it with ridenine set to slackest, which i prefer the most STA:74, HTA:75 after weeks of riding i set it to the steepest position HTA:75 STA:76 that i didnt like at all... but when reading some forums riders were prefering exact oposite of me. So i think it realy goes down to personal preferences and body proportions in the end... tho i would like to try one of those extreme geo bikes, but i am always afraid i might regret it heheh... was looking at Pipedream Moxie and Bird Zero29... P.S: That meta brings back memories:

Knolly Announces 2019 Line-up & Titanium Gravel Bike
@Poulsbojohnny: I do my allround xc longer runs with my cyclocross... It has a geometry of a roadbike, and durability of xc bike, so its fast and makes those old easier trails funn again, plus u gain some skill on those clumsy dropper bars, and also always looking for perfect line to avoid puncture... I do sometimes wish for wider tires, i run 35c atm, and it's as wide as it can get hehheh
