Round Up: All the High Rise MTB Handlebars You Can Actually Buy (Updated)
@Timo82: thanks mate. Steerer tube is pretty short so can't raise the stem anyway. I guess the bar is the way to go, just worried it'll feel like my 1996 kona with its 100mm plus stem!

Round Up: All the High Rise MTB Handlebars You Can Actually Buy (Updated)
Can anyone give me some advice about this please. I'm still on a 2013 bike that's like 40mm too short reach for me. I just can't afford to replace it, so have to work with what I've got. Would a higher rise bar help make it fit better? Thank you

It's Not Presta, It's Not Schrader - Schwalbe Introduces New Clik Valve
@BrianColes: I use a bit of spit to lubricate the valve before putting the pump on, then I tap the pump off the valve rather than pull it off. Works for me

@homerjm: yeah man, it sucks ass getting old hey?! I don't get any time to ride nower days and at 46 years old I can see my muscles wasting away, plus all the old injuries, body is getting fragile. When I can get a bit of time I take the kids to the pump track and just ride there. I miss the hill so much

@sfarnum: so this. Riding at the limit of the bike gives the thrill. If that limit is at 20kph, a fall doesn't hurt so much, at 50 you're f*cked! My problem is my 46 year old knees can't do hard tails any more :(
