@11six: yeah the rear derailleur basically doesn't function when new, and the shifters just randomly break sometimes.
The dub sx cranks are fine though.

Pinkbike Poll: Would You Over-Fork or Under-Fork?
Just upgraded the fork on my 2014 Kona Honzo. Went from a pretty clapped Manitou Mattoc with a 140 axle to crown but only 100mm travel to a Psylo Gold with 150mm travel. This is technically overforked by 30mm, but it ends up at a pretty reasonable 66 degree static headtube angle. Stoked to see how much better the bike rides tomorrow at Tiger Mountain. I also have a Chromag Stylus overforked to 170mm, and a Transition Scout overforked to 160mm (both full 27.5). Big fan of overforking.

Me too, after over 10 years on the suburban, I just built up a transition PBJ to be my primary dirt jumper, but definitely building the suburban back up for pump track and urban shenanigans, as well as to have a loaner dj.

That Asama Seismic definitely has the shimano m290 acera cranks on it that were recalled for breaking. Shimano actually still honors this recall and will send out a recall kit including a crankset, bottom bracket, front derailleur, and chain.
