Give it another 5 to 10 years and there is a chance one will be cured (have experience) and realize that often the less expensive stuff will do the job perfectly.

@suravida: I know. Is it mandatory to be cable actuated? I know the Rotor 1x13 very well.

What first comes to mind are Rotor and Acros. Especially the Rotor 1x13 would fit nicely on that particular Bike with its aluminium CNC machined rear derailleur.

A small tap will "release" the derailleur to change to a smaller cog. A stronger tap will force the the other direction to change to a lighter gear.

Quite an effort they made to integrate the battery. The Traverse looks good though.
