Santa Cruz Bicycles Announces Recall on Some 2020 Aluminum Nomad, Bronson, 5010, & Furtado Models
What a shame! I was actually seriously considering the new Tallboy but after seeing this I won't be buying Santa Cruz. This for me raises ethical questions about their business practices. These were finished components that were pulled, sent to an outside company to be chemically stripped and re-painted. How much more profit could you have possibly made from all of that nonsense? So inconsiderate about the environmental impact as well! Shame on you SC! :(

Welcome to the 2021 Field Test: Trail & Enduro Bikes
Wow these trail bikes, We would have called them "Enduro" not too long ago. So what happened to "All Mountain" and "Super Enduro"? :-) And what are we going to call shorter travel trail bikes that are not quite "Down Country"? They all look amazing nonetheless, it's interesting to see where this going.

Fox Release 200mm Drop Transfer Seatpost
I bought a Fox Transfer post because of the rave reviews but mine has been trouble from the start. The return speed has always been too slow for my liking but a few months in and it's not returning to the top unless I bump it down first. Service is expensive and requires proprietary tools. Never again will I buy one.

Highlights From Cube's 2021 Mountain Bike Collection
Is there a reason why all of the different models are called Stereo? Seems confusing to me.

First Ride: 2021 Kona Honzo ESD Hardtail
True, and also a few years ago you couldn't get a hardtail with geometry like this. Many of us bought full suspension trail bikes to be safer and not feel like the bike wants to throw us otb on the rough stuff. Those rocky/rooty bits of the trail are fun to plow through on a fully but those bits only account for a very small portion of most peoples rides. So a hardtail with nice higher volume rubber is fine for most of us.

Field Trip: Sub-$2,000 Trail Bike Round Table
@Maverick18T: I got a Nukeproof scout (hard tail) as a temporary bike while I save for my new fully, ended up loving the bike, don't think I'll part with it. Deore version is just over a 1000 and it can take a beating. It's a sweet bike!

First Ride: Pivot's New 2020 Switchblade Gets More Travel & Updated Kinematics
Pinkbike must be for the rich, otherwise why would most of their reviews be of bikes over $5000.00?

Review: NS Bikes Synonym TR1 - Not Your Typical XC Bike
Which Spark model do you think it compares to geometry wise? Sparks have old school slack seat tube angles and I'm pretty sure the HT is steeper and the top tube not as long.

Pinkbike Poll: What Field Test Bike Do You Want to Try?
@mybaben: I got to ride a G1 for a day. They are super fun bikes on all terrain. The only thing I didn't get to try it on is a long fire road climb.
