Opinion: Why You Shouldn't Care What the Pros Ride
I also went back to the "normal" lenght of the bike and I'm very happy. When I was riding (I'm 171cm) spesh enduro S3 with reach 464 and wheelbase around 1240 I always felt like front center is too long, couldnt feel tires as I would like to, when I hoped on bike with short front center it was like revelation. I went for small madonna and that bike feels so much better for my height, it is balanced and natural but you can move around etc. in long bike I felt like Im locked in one position.

Companies need to offer harder compounds in heavy casings... I need DH casing with hard compound so my rear tire is not blow to pieces in month, you can get dh casing only in maxgrip which is fine for frotn but maxterra is only aviable in exo+ compound which is useless as rear tire, give me maxterra+dh casing for rear ..so stupid.. recently schwalbe started doing magic mary in downhill and supergravity casing with orange soft compund which is relief for me because running super soft or maxgrip as rear is stupid for normal riding it last for few weeks then its useless,but still need heavy casing for trails and intensity I ride.. Why dont they offer some more lasting compound for rear in heavy casing where there are bigger hits for wheel I dont understand.

@B3NBiker: you use your rear brake more than front. Ive burnt my rear rotor after one day morizine and front was like brand new. Also If you put your new pads same day, try check it after while you will see your rear pads worn out a lot more than front. I think because we drag our rear brake a lot mor than front, in steeps when hiting corners always draggin rear brake, you dont need lock your front wheel ever on trail and usualy you hard brake with front only for few moments when in straight line and want to slow down. I think it comes down to have bigger rear rotor to help manage heat not so power. I would always put 220 rear on my bike if frame allows it.

what is your current bike and what geo do you think is "above average"? I'm 172cm tall and curently riding spesh enduro size S3 and I'm sure I would prefer size medium capra, enduro is just bit much of a bike for my height. I can ride it just fine its very good bike dont get me wrong but I feel like I'm always between S and M size on every modern enduro bike(looking at geo charts). This capra looks like perfect geo for my height and of course it sit between S2 and S3 size enduro...

worse scenario is when you dont hear it and dont know where it dropped and then you spend 30 minutes crawlig around your bike with no luck, then for next 30 minutes you start solving its trajectory where it could possible drop and how far it could roll.

Review: 2021 Specialized Stumpjumper EVO - More Travel & More Adjustability
I'm currently riding latest enduro and I'm super happy but if anyone ask me if I wanted to exchange it for this thing I would definetly do it right now. This bike looks perfect to me, even for racing.
