Interview: Nina Hoffmann on Sticking to Her Guns and Not Taking a Team Offer for 2020
I think it was the right move if she is comfortable with that. I also like the idea that privateers can still be somewhere at the top of this sport like Nina and the Denim Destroyer last season. Another aspect of her decision could be pressure. Bigger sponsorship and teams , higher expectations, more Pressure.

Guerrilla Gravity's Less Expensive, US-Made Carbon Frame
I actually think this is the best mountainbike since years. It gives you all the options to costume tune it like you want it and it has a cabel chanel, botttle cage and threaded bottom breakets and all the other practicel stuff everybody has always wanted. Two suspension modes for every kind of travel you choose, wtf. This is heaven. I want 27,5 in back and 29 in the front with 160 mm travel on both ends. and its possible. Yeah. But there are two problems. I would prefer aluminium and i am living in europe.

100% Launch First Range of Knee & Elbow Pads - Core Bike 2019
Still I think that the Fortis follows a good prinziple with the hard kneecap in addition to the foam. I am going to test it. Where as the Level 2 seems to be stupid. They mounted a hard kneecap for better sliding protection and then printed a rubber coating on the rest of it to immediatly rip it from your knee when sliding, wtf, xD.

First Ride: The New Canyon Strive
Framesets are this expensive because of anti dumping duties. If you import a asian made frame only and sell it, you have to pay 100% anti dumping duty. If you build up the bike in the EU like Canyon does in Koblenz, you don't have to pay those duties. All this is to protect some jobs in Europe in this branche of industrie.

Review: Box Two 11-Speed Drivetrain
@senorbanana: you are right. the sram ex1 has a better chainline and wide gearing but it weighs 560g and costs 330 Euros. Pretty bad deal compared to Shimano XT cassettes or Sunrace. Then the chainline isnt worth it. I would like a 9 or 8 Speed Cassette with 11-42 Teeth and with smaller distances between the cogs, 11 or 12 Speed-like. Then it had good chainline, good weight, good gearing and if Sunrace made it, its possibly cheap as well. GO SUNRACE or BOX!!! take the chance!

Review: Box Two 11-Speed Drivetrain
I would like to have a 11-42 Cassette in 8-Speed, but with the current spacing of 12-Speed Cassettes and Chains. So you would have a lightweigth Cassette with enough gearing and a brilliant chainline. Or maybe smallest cog with 12 teeth for less friction and wear. Or even better: An aluminium spider with bolt-on cogs, so you can customize your gearing and swap out your most used ones for new ones regularly.
