How Do Pros & Fans Feel About Warner Bros. Discovery’s Organization & Coverage of World Cup Racing in 2024?
Written after the first XC round in Brasil.
And p*ssed off by the blatant price gouging by the UCI and WBD. Last year 12 months GCN+ subscription, for all of MTB, Road Racing, BMX etc and the documentaries was $49 USD.
It wasn't until 24 hrs before this race that the UCI dropped where you can subscribe for the rest of the world and for MTB alone its now $69 USD!! You price gouging Bellends

Didn't watch it.

I agree with you about GCN+. Even the commentators (on YouTube) for GCN+ have complained about the cutting of the channel and the reduced coverage problems its caused.

The figures for 2024 are looking like they will be even smaller. There is already lot of shouting coming from fans of XC (including two of their top pro racers) on the UCI social accounts about the racing not being shown in Australia, New Zealand and Asia! It doesn't seem to matter if UCI is tagged or not, they do not respond and there has also been zero response from WBD as well. GCN+ was not perfect, but something was better than nothing!!
