@everythingsucks: Indeed the intent is clear from the beginning.However, as an "independent" media content, they would gain in credibility by just mentioning the intend. But do not get me wrong, PB is free and I do not mind reading or watching a video where Ben praise whatever product to keep things going... And yes, these are the best riding shoes.

@commental: In case of obvious imminent danger, would you still follow that line? As human we all follow a pattern dictated by our culture, laws and common sense. In a certain way, we are told what to do and when to do it. Warning someone who goes full reckless mode is not a bad thing. An extreme example : would you pass by someone trying to end its life, in complete silence?

I always wear mine, this was intended as a counterpoint to the usual bashing we're used to since 2009 (yes I'm that old).
I feel uncomfortable when an athlete (or his/her communication team) post a video as this one with a dramatic title stating "the crash that almost paralyzed me" knowing that there are protections designed to reduces the chances to get into such extrema. Anyway, glad we're not into that scenario, I hope him a quick recovery.
