OneUp Switch Chainring System - Review
This is super cool! I’d love to easily swap my chainrings. Also, with traditional direct mount rings, you throw away much more of your chainring than you actually need to. The arms dont wear… The same thing should be done for brake discs. I don’t get why i always have to discard the entire thing? This opens up options for more sophisticated arms, since you can keep them. Think carbon or whatever… Same with the rings. Now you can run steel rings with less weight penalty! Me like very much! OneUp is oneupping it quite a few times already :) Cool company!

Brandon Semenuk: Lapse - Video
Gorgeous riding and cool atmosphere, but I didn't really get the car / creepy crowd / bloody bit... What's the link?

What People Are Saying - Interbike 2016
Bring on that linkage fork! I totally agree, this could be far superior. But looking at the posts above with 98% of the people writing about plus size stuff, Mr. Domahidy's probably right. No one cares, no one would like it...

Pinkbike Poll: Loud Hubs - Yes or No?
I recently switched from a rather loud hub to a rather silent one. To my surprise, I totally like it.

Pinkbike Poll: Can Today's Mid-Travel Trail Bike Be Significantly Improved?
There are many topics where the tech didn't make a leap forward for quite a while. Question is, where is it realistic to expect one? As long as there's no new material coming up, weight won't change drastically. Electronics could make a big change, mostly in suspension. If Fox is really on it, this could happen soon. Another field in which I see opportunities are tires / wheel systems. Maybe someone figures out how to make a decent, light dual chamber system or light tires that are still robust. Dropper posts are another thing which is stagnating without having to.

Pinkbike, once again your coverage is stellar! Almost every single pic is worthy of being printed as a poster, and the writing's good too! You're to other bike sites what rachel or aaron are to their competitors!

Fox Transfer Dropper Seat Post - Review
I would be glad if somebody actually did something new in this field... There are like ten dropper posts with 125 to 150mm of travel, something over 500 grams and the same working principle. Couldn't there be more variety? Longer, lighter, shorter, whatever?

Ridden And Rated - Six Dropper Posts
Nuce review! And I really like the approach that you only compare products which you've tested long-time. What bothers me about the posts is that the best you can get is 150mm / 600g. That is three times the weight of a normal fixed post and SIX TIMES of the lightest posts available! People got used to this, but come on, this has to be better. There are entire road bike frames with that weight!
