Video: Course Preview - EWS Tasmania 2019
I got to ride these trails ahead of the riders in 2017 and watching this brought back very fond memories. I was riding that rocky one whilst the pros were walking it and they cheered me on. Take me back! The trails there are indeed fantastic.

Windrock Bike Park - The Story Behind the Mountain
I rode there last year and it certainly is rocky! Coming from Britain I thought I could handle the technical stuff but this place had me seriously humbled. Most of the blue trails there are like black trails at other east coast bike parks and the rock slabs are no joke. I tried following a local teenage pinner down a black trail, reached a rock and tried to take a different line to him; it turns out it was a nearly 2m sheer drop if you didn't take the racing line and I narrowly avoided a broken body and bike. Believe the hype; I made it to the bottom and decided I was happy calling it a day without breaking anything.
