Video: Forbidden Bike Co. Announce Complete Druid Builds & 3 New Frame Colors
@bbmj: I've read that sometimes the idler bearings go, but think they have something new there now. And really? That much more drag than a dirty cassette and stale BB? I can't see it...

Forbidden Bike Co. Introduce Ziggy Link For Mullet Conversions
@jpnbrider: my buddy went from an SB6 to this bike. Said it took a bit of time to adjust, but feels this bike is more capable. Anyway, it sounds like they have a bigger travel version in the works... ETA actually, not a knock on the sb6 - a great bike by all accounts, but I've never seen a review mention that it feels like more travel than it is.

Forbidden Bike Co. Introduce Ziggy Link For Mullet Conversions
the reviews and even the forums seem to constantly say it rides like it has more than 130mm... maybe not 160, but people describe as close to 150...

The Pinkbike Podcast: Episode 6 - Over Biked Or Under Biked?
@Narro2: My bike was hopelessly dated and I only did that to squeeze another year or two out of it while "standards" were changing so much. Upforking the travel 10mm plus going to a 650b front wheel made the handling a bit janky. I can see the draw for some of a 650b rear wheel for possibly quicker cornering, but I'll take a 29er for the rollover speed.

The Pinkbike Podcast: Episode 6 - Over Biked Or Under Biked?
I had a 26.b bike for a while - 650b front wheel (and fork) and a 26" rear.

The 2020 Last Tarvo Claims to be the Lightest Enduro Frame Ever
@jclnv: I believe most of the higher-end aluminum and steel still gets done in Taiwan. The rest I've heard is Cambodia, Nam, and I would imagine some is still done in China.

The 2020 Last Tarvo Claims to be the Lightest Enduro Frame Ever
@jclnv: there's almost no one left making carbon bikes in China at this point. Most everyone has gone to Myanmar, Cambodia and Vietnam.

Review: Deviate Highlander - There Can Only Be One
@kittenjuice: people blast them with the pressure washer, plus the contaminants from cleaning chains I think is the issue.

Review: Deviate Highlander - There Can Only Be One
hey, whaddya know!? the $10,000 super bike rides well! I kinda feel like the cost of the complete build warrants a mention on this one - nice parts kit...
