Pole Bicycles Announces New CNC-Machined 'Machine' - Press Release
@core559: Ive been waiting for this to happen for a while. I imagine some one off frames have been built before and displayed at interbike, but a billet aluminum frame is just sick! In the auto industry billet aluminum has been around for days. I figured is people are shelling out 10k for bikes made of carbon, then there is a market. I for one am all for it!

Schwalbe Magic Mary 2.6" Apex - Review
So, fat bike tires are haha, plus tires are not cool and squishy, everybody complains that 2.5 is only 2.35...Is 2.6 supposed to be the perfect middle ground of being a monster truck tire without going that .2mm that gets you into the uncool category??? Again, tire needs to grip relentlessly, not puncture and also weigh nothing to make it easy to pedal...Sometimes reading comments leads me to believe the e-bike infestation is customer demands fault. Bike needs to be super strong, tires bullet proof and I need help pedaling it because its too heavy now...just sayin

Danny MacAskill Smashing Carbon Wheels - Video
@carfreak2000: Right! That would normally be my go to "oh well he's on a bmx" trying to act like that was what was holding me back. Now seeing him yank that trail bike up, what? 3 ft+!! 180, I'm thinking you put Danny and Akrigg on short travel 29ers doing trials type maneuvers and huge bunny hops = minds blown = sales

Diamondback's Carbon Release 5c – Review
@chillrider199: Right on. One bike dude here on 2013 SJ 29 EVO. 455mm CS lenght. But its an XL frame, Im 6'3" so it looks proportional, and feels good. I would like to back to back a couple sections with a more "modern geometry bike" but probably wont. That said, I do really want to ride an EVIL Following. Easy to fall victim to the new hype, but the reality is bigger bike with longer stays probably best suited to me.

Diamondback's Carbon Release 5c – Review
@chillrider199: Can someone chime in here about this whole chainstay length here? Once I heard that short stays equal quicker rear end following, easier manuals / bunny hops but at the price of less stable high speed and more difficult to climb with as the front end lifts too easy. Now I keep seeing the reviews posted claiming the short stays are directly related to being able to climb better?? Thought longer stays kept the front end down?

Skipping past coil sprung fork and going to this? I don't think our relationship is ready for this big a step

Chris Akrigg: The Guide Raw - Video
I'm having a laugh watching this right after reading all the comments made on the Onza tire review. Youll spin out on 2.4 ardent, you'll tear a hole in this or that, no traction on tech climbs. Minion 2.5 front and rear or your wasting time..then Akrigg comes along and makes all quiet. I'm a bigger fan with each installment Chris!

Onza Citius Tire - Review
So for trail riding are we more concerned with puncture proof and traction or rolling fast and easy on the legs with no traction? 900-1250 g on a climbing trail is taxing when compared to 600-700g. Have a wild Rock'r 2 reinforced up front 1100g and rock razor super gravity on back right now. Great feel, support and grip, not worried about tears or punctures on baby trails I ride, but they require twice the pedal effort
