Wilderness Bill Clears First Hurdle in Congress
As a lifelong MTB'r I am totally ok with the fact that we aren't allowed to ride in Wilderness Areas. What this is poised to do is begin the slippery slope of Wilderness Area development. Maybe not tomorrow, or in 10 years, but this is the start of losing protected areas. Once it's developed into a mine, or an oil/gas field we can't do ANYTHING there.
