@nojzilla: There would be strength benefits if the floating flange was a third flange on the hub and not floating. The spokes that do attach to the hubs are still the spokes that do all the work.

Spotted: Gee Atherton Aboard a Trek Session 29er

Could you imagine a tandem 29er Session up at Whistler clearing Crabapple hits? How would they get that thing into the bike lift? Would it look like a Session? Seriously if they did make it I would be trading in my Cannondale tandem!

Conor Macfarlane Shredding Trails in BC - Video

There is quite a lot to do in Whistler in addition to riding. My wife and I were there 3 times this past season spending a week each visit. Each time we rode park 2 days and did other activities the rest of the week.
