First Ride: Crankbrothers Carbon Synthesis Wheels
I am very biased. I hated the eggbeaters for not having enough space for bearings. Benefit of doubt........my ex wife went with mallets on her mountain bike. Where the spring dug into the aluminum causing them to no longer work as clipless pedals. And crank bros. Ignoring the issue. She also ran the road pedals. And had issues. Again. Not crank brothers problem I ran the 5050s........and blew them up within 100miles. 3 strikes...............

Aftermarket Magura levers, Kule, Kooka, TWP

$50 CAD
I was going through my toolbox yesterday, looking for a specific tool and saw these levers. i have not used magura rim brakes (yes, these are for HS-11,22,33's) in years. so someone who still does (looking at you trials riders), might want to upgrade to something different so, i have a kooka, Left/front lever, crazy light, granted if you use magura rim brakes, weight isn't your highest concern. i know the picture looks pink, but it is still red, i swear, barely..........how's $40 sound? I have a TWP, right/rear lever, the selling point of these were they used a smaller master piston, which increased the power at the rim, downside........modulation is a touch less, and the pads have to be setup closer to your rim. $40? and finally, a REALLY rare pair, Kule's red powder coat, have reach and bite adjustments, split clamp so you can take them off your bars without affecting other items. i'm thinking $120 for the pair. pricing doesn't include shipping (not mailing a $40 item to Hawaii on my dime to make $10 in the end), i'm sure you get that. make offers, ask questions.......

Rocky Mountain's New Thunderbolt - First Look
The thunderbolt was introduced when????? It certainly was not 2014. Reintroduced. Revitalized. Brought back. Sure. But not at all introduced.
