Video: Flat Pedals Win Medals - But Are They Only Meant for Downhill?
I have freeriders and freerider pro. I find the freeriders much, much grippier- so much so I won’t ride the pros. I assumed it was the more flexible sole of the free riders bending round the pedal. The video has those models the other way round for grip. Is It just me?

If my head tube is 60mm diameter and my fork stanchions are 150mm apart, 40mm diameter and 20mm infront of the steering axis what’s my maximum steer angle? If I made the crowns 10mm wider, how much more steer angle do I get? https://xkcd.com/356/

Tech Tuesday - An Easy Guide to Installing Tire Inserts
I’d love to see a field test of a trail tyre with an insert vs a dh sidewall tyre. Grip, feel, rim protection, weight and puncture resistance. I’ve never run inserts but I find with a dh or supergravity rear tyre I get about one puncture a year and *think* I flat spot fewer rims than on a trail wall tyre.
