 i was having trouble learning this i found when i let go the front of my bike started to drop what can i do to stop this???

 get lighter forks/ pull up more so that ur bike drops but to the right point ?

 no-foot cans are easy just try it on a step up with and easy landing, at first just try kicking out and landing on ur feet then when ur confident try bringing your feet back
