what do you mean by 60 fps (1280*720/50p). 50p means 50 fps not 60 fps.

Well, 60fps it's 60 frames per seconde it's for make slow motion. And 50p it's 50 fields per seconde so you can shot at 60fps and have 25p, 50p (30p for NTSC), 50i and more...

its ok i understand. i am studying media and understand frame rates and the difference between progressive and interlaced. i know that if you drop 60 fps onto a 25 fps sequence you will be able to slow it down even more than 50 fps. and 50p is not 50 fields its 50 frames. interlaced 50 fps has 50 fields, which a field is a half frame so 50i is pretty much 25p. what im confused about is why your making gesture to ntsc and pal at the same time considering they are completely different. 60 fps can make 50p 25p and 30p but when converting 60p to 50 or 25p you have dropped frames. considering 60p is ntsc it will be off sink for pal region, so if you are saying you get 50p out of 60p then you will get dropped frames.

When you do a mad gnar whip off a kicker made out of a 'trash' can in the streets of Brooklyn while listening to Eminem and wearing a fitted cap backwards. Thats how!
