I wasn't saying you can't use a big 4 stroke for freestyle, I was just saying that the majority of fmx riders still use 2 strokes. It's personal preference so don't get all defensive dude. Nate Adams definately shreds thats for sure!

It's scary enough jumping a 4-stroke since I've been riding 2-strokes most of my life, I rode a buddies Crf450 and made the mistake of blipping the throttle off the lip of a jump and just about went over, panic rev saved me.

Look at racers like Ricky Carmichael or Josh Hansen at X Games. There are a ton of guys who throw down four strokes in FMX. Just means you cant handle the power or weight. Two Strokes are like little toys compared to Beastyyyy Fours strokes.

First off Josh Hansen wasn't flipping and throwing big tricks down, he was part of best whip as well as the G.O.A.T. I can handle a "big bike" no problem, just jumping one was a bit tricky for me. I would race a 250 four stroke, and hit ramps with a 250 two stroke if it were up to me.
