I would call this double-whip decade. Double decade would mean that he would have to rotate on his bars twice and whip the bike twice.

And downside means he's going back down into the ramp/jump; he is transitioning across/over the "ramp" so it cannot be called downside.

i thought this: a decade is when you do NOT kick the bike, just rotate around the bars. a 360 downsde whip be when you go 4 a 3whip but 'kick' the bike the oppostite direction of spin. thats what i thought anyway

Lol ok my bad. 360 D-side Double Tailwhip works too. It could also be called a Double-Whip Decade: because Ty is rotating on his bars while whipping twice. Saying it's Downside is redundant, because if you whipped it the other way, it would become a 360 Double Tailwhip. I always thought a decade was half bar rotation and half whip rotation.... Wait.. That is still a decade, no?

I'm asking if these both are decades:
1) bike stays still, the rider rotated around the bars and catches pedals
2) bike does 180, the rider does 180 the other way, catch the bike/pedals, and finish the remaining 180 in the direction the rider was rotating.

I recall like 3 best trick competition announcers calling them decades.. ARGH But #2 is not a full tailwhip though.
