 you can also go outside and ride your bike as often as possible, skills and a proper "body position" come will come naturally

 i think this can help but tbh the best way to learn is go out and ride !! and to be honest your body position is always changing obvisiouly depending on what terrain your riding soo seriusly dont stick to this body position going round every berm and steep drop off other wise you will come off but this is a good place to start if your new to mountain bikes Smile

 Difficult to learn if you have nothing to teach you. We are not all born with a complete knowledge of everything bikes built into our brains like you, you need to remember that not everyone has superhuman bike skills like you.
