Alpine Bike Parks - Chestermere

 I WANT ONE IN VICTORIA!!!

 This is great stuff! For all the people commenting about how their town needs one of these - get on it! The initiative to plan and implement these parks is almost always undertaken by local volunteers, riders, and bike clubs. Mayor and council's support usually comes afterwards, once the need and the community support has been proven. Alpine built a great pumptrack in our town, and we're thankful for it, but there were many people working behind the scenes to get approval, funding, etc... lined up beforehand.

 I am amazed how the locals supported this right in there backyards! Here people do not even want it in there town afraid of the youth!

 I cannot wait for this summer, no more need to drive to Canmore to ride some dirt jumps anymore.

 I had no idea this was there, go through Chestemere all the time. Must bring bike next time.
