It was actually a summer orange tree, but there were also plum trees there too.
The plum trees will blossom soon and bear fruit ready for harvest in June!
Yes, the dude in Red at the end owns this land.
So, his local neighborhood maintains the shrine.
The trail is his or partly his so, this will turn into a gem very soon!
He is a pretty cool funky dude!
I hope things got together good!
He doesn't ride much but he has a Norco HT!
So, I hope we can spark a new flame for him!
RideOn bro!

Thank you brother!
It is special having a network of local mountain with tons of untouched trial.
This is new trail and we have permission to build here, so it will become another nugget on the list!
WooHooo!

Permission to build. Something we don't have here in the lower mainland. All trail building is off the official records. We have permits to maintain trails. Most of that work just causes new problems.
Plenty of people want to help. They just don't know what they are doing.

Yes, having inexperienced builders come in and build can be horrible, they need to be trained with a ball and chain for the first 3 months, then send them lose and let them create.
My current trail, we started building 4 years ago, we have let lose a new builder.
He has time during the week and has some creative ideas.
But, one thing we try to keep is who ever want to build a section, we let the builder decide everything.
If not, it just becomes fighting, ahahhahhah
