Excellent filming & great riding, and showing us how amazing Fernie is. Fun to watch, but to be honest the nouveau elevator music had me tuning out just over half way...

R U saying that when they see u drunk on your bike they can arrest u? Or u get detained anywhere having alcohol?

If anything more than 0,5‰ in exhaled air means drunk, yes - you can be fined with PLN 50-5000 (minimum salary in Poland is net PLN 1240) or be detained for 5-30 days (when riding a bike). What's more, if you cause an accident on a bike with more than 0,5‰... you're pretty screwed 
Oh, and drinking alcohol in public places is fined in the amount of PLN 100. In fact I'm happy the law is less rigorous than year ago...
