It's a third party mount. There are many different types on the market but ya basically just an extended pole that you mount the GoPro on.

A GoPole isn't what you use for this angle... although I do have one and they're good for snowboarding, skiing, boarding and steadying a gopro for hand shooting

Well before all the selfie-sticks came out there was a product called, "the gopole" that gave you the same pov as this video. I also have one, but now after looking it up they have changed to a selfie-stick style pole lol

Just to inform you, he wasnt using a gopole, I am sorry to say this, but the gopole provides a rwally good close up of your face, you might want to build your iwn pole or you just go to helimlunt 360 ... and have fin spending 100 bugs kn that beauty...
Altho, go pole is good for a nice and well mounted handle bar view... or.... idk man, it doesnt suite a helmet really good.... to be fair, go pro wqs ment to be a surf /water proof camera at first and then got extended.... maybe you just habe to stick a nother gopole on your gopole... but have fun, spending 200 bugs.... 100 for the 2 go pole mounts followed by frustration
