I belive that road cycling can easily be the deadliest! How ever, joking of a cliff, where your only chance of survival is a well prepared parachute? Sounds like the riskiest.

A wee reminder for those that suffer from panic attacks and haven't gotten help yet. It often is nearly to imposible to be able to even focus on a singular thought/feeling alone. So to get your feet back on the ground, either eat a bit of a spicy something (just a bit) or put an ice cube on your neck/ wrist. The point of this is discomfort, a physical distraction, so strong that it forces your primitive instincts to focus on something else. It may take a while, and that's ok. Working on yourself is much like learning to ride a bike, it takes years to be able to do tricks on one. So expect nothing less. Cherish your progress like we all do when a beginner lands something. After all, we are often, very much like beginners to knowing how to treat ourselves correctly. Every step, is worth a celebration, trust the process. And hang on your journey with champion level grip strength, you've got this!

I feel like only the lesser skiled riders where more prone to point fingers as to who is at foult for their crashes. folks, remember, if you crash, its because of your human error

I ma throw my two cents in here. DH clothing is loose because of the hard impacts and quick motions riders/racers have to do. There is a good reason why in judo, you see people wearing baggy clothes. Sure, they use skintight body suits in competitive wrestling but then Again, no quick motions! I wore tight stuff for XC, and yes there are pockets in the jerseys, but have done drops and jumps with that stuff being filled? I'd like to claim that you didn't. Because that stuff hits your lower back like the chad that slaps your ass when you bent over. All the tools, phone, snacks... You feel it dragging you down. Why no skinsuit in DH? It's tight, it's TIGHT. Now imagine being on a race where you hit a hard compression. The seams make it difficult to move, stretch or even engage into things. It's like squaring with tight jeans. It doesn't support and restrains you!

ah they got steeze for miles. could watch them ride all day long, sweet smooth lines all along.
