A bike is a bike. With an NS, you aren't limited to what you can do with it. An NS is specific for dirt jumps, street, and park, rather than just downhill. A Bmx can be used for all of these aspects but Ben would rather a bigger and more stable bike which increases difficulty but also makes for a more comfortable ride for a taller person.

Quite honestly so many people ask the same question, I honestly think it's because it looks a lot more steezier, (just go to the-rise channel), but also even though they look like a normal dirt jumper they have a steeper head angle which gives you quicker handling like a bmx and with the riser handlebars you can get a nice pop even though they are 26". Also , sorry if this is overkill, the suspension fork gives you a lot more cushion to go bigger, like that last hit
