Seriously though, I've hit a few trees at speed in my time (with some pretty gnarly injuries to show for it as well) and that smash looks downright NASTY. How bad were the injuries? (I'm not asking IF because there's NO WAY after that impact there weren't any injuries...)

All good bro, did the exact same thing five minutes before this video into the same tree ???? cracked carbon bars were all the injuries sustained haha

Seriously?? No injuries, just cracked bars?? One of the times I hit a tree (and I'm sure it wasn't as nasty as that) I completely smashed my collarbone big time even with body armor (I was doing about 60Kph though)...

^ @pinkharo. No exaggeration. Reset my speedo before the run. Was a flat out section that snipered between 2 slightly offset trees. Clipped one and ricocheted into the other. Tore my collarbone clean off my shoulder (no break but ALL the ligaments torn, and ligaments take a LONG time to repair!) and destroyed my Fox pressure suit body armour (cracked the shit out of the shoulder armour sections etc...).
