search for any region page and you will see the grey tabs across the top, the last one says "more". This is a drop-down menu and the last link in that list is "3D Map".

For the tour just goto any trail page and click the "Tour" grey tab along the top of the trail page, under the trails title.

I tried on a Virtualbox machine whitch Chrome and same problem.
No idea why, it supoosed to be OK.
