 Thank you dude, summer time swims are necessary in Japan's sweltering heat, and its fun! ahhahha We found this spot that had deep pool in the river and the water was icy, perfect for a cool down as I was over heated at the time! Riding, dancing to LiveOn brother!

 @nikoniko: I remember early days of going over the bars and landing on roots and it hurt a lot on a different cheek each time. The older guys would laugh and tell me ,you need to dance across the tops of the roots without letting off speed. The thing I found interesting is that mountain bikers have a long delay before a crash is laughed about. If nothing is broken or injured it then suddenly becomes hilarious . I think as a group toughness is expected but also a degree of thoughtfulness . I don't see that as much in any other sport.

 Very will articulated diamond! That makes perfect sense, dance over the rooted rocky sections and you will most likely make it out surprising yourself. The delay we have when our bros crash are serious, then once we realise all is good everyone burst into laughter! ahhahhahahhaha My buddy George had a bad crash one day that looked really funny. He did this natural drop and in the air his legs went back like a superman and landed on his seat breaking it off. We were all rolling around laughing and George blew it off like nothing was wrong. But he was in deep pain. As he landed on the seat he hit his groin cutting right where his penis and ball sack meet. That was scary for us as no one know what to do! ahhahahh But he worked it out himself! He said when he got home and took a bath the blood that had coagulated turned the bath red! Not a laughing matter but at the same time he was embarrassed!

 @diamondDA20: Yes, we wanted to take him to the hospital but out of embarrassment he totally refused! I can't blame him! hahahha

 @nikoniko: Some things are worth missing .I wish I could avoid it but sometimes looking into music and lives past you discover little gems to bring into the present. Hope he had no long term problems from it..

 Well, he is the rider on the Blue bike in this video. The crash was maybe in 2006 or so and I always ask him how it is, he says its all good and things are working greatly! hahahhahah I too am very curious about the lives of people I love. Today after find out Gene Wilder has passed away, I instantly looked up many things about him I never know! Its our human nature to know and understand the welfare of other humans! Purely beautiful!

 The shower at the end was most excellent! It really cooled my inner core as I was heated. You can't tell from the video but the last DH section was all rock and while it looks easy was very taxing. But so good to get out again! RideOn bro!
