 So my recurring problem is always in my wrists. I can't do any strenuous stretches right now because I have a severe sprain but in reading your article you said to ask any questions so... What would you recommend (once I've healed) for stretches regarding my wrists?

 There's not a yoga pose I can recommend as a specific wrist stretch but ensuring you keep your wrists moving gently throughout your rehab is key. The videos in this series are designed for athletic and injury recovery:
