 Been suffering with lower back pain mainly on my lower left side for years now and never got to the bottom of it my gut feeling is muscle imbalance but its so hard to know weather your on the right track and doing the right things theres a few things on your vid that i havent seen before so gonna try these and see how they go thanks for posting ????

 Agreed regarding things I have not seen before. For my lower left back pain (which I'm sure has a different cause than your pain) I have had great success with a firm foam ball the size of a grapefruit, similar to what he shows in the video. For me my glutes and muscles around my hips are the cause of my issues. When I roll these out on the floor on my back with "search and destroy" it totally loosens me up and keeps my back pain in check.

Prior to discovering the ball and these tight areas that needed to be worked on, I had constant back pain with a couple episodes of sciatica (SCARY and painful shit) that totally immobilized me.

Best of luck with your issues, just sharing mine in hopes it can help someone else.

I plan to try the suggestions in this video.
