The Tuesday Tune Ep 24 - Vibration and Harshness Part 2

The Tuesday Tune Ep 24

 Hi,
I'm sure I've already asked this, but comments seem to have disappeared, so apologies if a duplicate.

My question relates to clarification on the hysteresis lag, specifically on my CCDB air cs.

So I'm interpreting that as this shock runs an ifp there will be more lag than the diaphragm shock. This means that on high frequency inputs the low speed damping will take longer to engage allowing low damped rapid change of direction. This means that lsc/r will interfere with rapid direction changes, but be normal of the low speed stuff; effectively I can get a smoother ride on high frequency stuff on an ifp as opposed to a diaphragm?
A company near me offers the ifp to diaphragm 'upgrade', so what are your thoughts on that?

Seconds question while I'm here, I'm currently running my hsc/lsc/LSR full open on my Pole evolink. Is it possible to reshim the shock to get a more usable range of adjustment for this weird frame?

Thanks
