It was a very good year!

I'm proud to say that this was my biggest and best year yet. My recovery path and fitness trajectory were possible thanks to Strava. When used wisely (strip the ego away), health and mental wellness become a game that you can play. The results (personal health - not Strava achievements) speak for themselves. I could not have contemplated these stats a year ago. I can't wait for 2018!
