My new favourite exercise for riders.

This is episode 1 of Super Tip Sunday, a free resource from Fit4Racing to help you make the most of your off-bike training. This movement in-particular is amazing to increase strength, power, muscular endurance, agility... well let's just say its bloody awesome for most things!
