Spencer Wight | Flight Path

In between university classes, Spencer Wight has been logging some serious air miles (at least before the snow arrived). He was kind enough to get in front of my lens knowing I had never filmed a rider other than myself before! Video - Max McCulloch

Hey Max and Spence, that was crackerjack.

Crazy what the suspension does on a gap like that at the end now-a-days. A decade ago, that'd be downhill bike only.

Amazing riding! I’m envious of your abilities! The scenery was also amazing. I loved the wipe out at the end too.. that showed a lot of humility. Smile

Amazing riding! all the rock rolls are so impressive. The hits are sick too, but I would have enjoyed just watching you rip on the wet rocks!

100% man! We had asked Jordie if we could film it. Such an insanely cool line.

i just can't take videos seriously that are a guy going way less big than the guy who built it and made a banger edit on it. I'm sure you guys asked first but its just hard not to automatically be compared to the guy who put the building time in and then hucked cork 7s off it

Who's this guy your'e talking about? Got a link?

@Number7: youtu.be/1Ysv3XNZUOM Jordie Lunn. Check it out if you haven't already! Some insane stuff.

@luckynugget fair enough! However, we were going for "look Spencer hit something that Jordie Lunn did (without the cork 7 haha) rather than hope to not be compared to him. Also, this video was on a much smaller scale than Jordie's Rough AF and we definitely weren't trying to "compete" with him at all.

No shout out to the builder?
  • + 16
Definitely shout out to the builders but the trails may not be 100% legal... they might not appreciate the name drops.

@victoriabiker13: builders? It was just one person that built most of the hits you filmed. You guys never pick up a shovel and build anything yourselves, instead you just wait for someone else to build unique features and then poach it for a little edit. At what age is good etiquette common sense?
You two are brutal.
