Antoine Bizet had the run of his season in Bikepark Leogang at the FMB World Tour Gold event 26TRIX during the Out of Bounds Festival. Knocked off the top spot in the last moment, Nicholi Rogatkin takes second place and wins the GoPro Best Trick. Combo-master Thomas Genon takes third place on the podium.

Rogatkin did the most awkward cash roll ever- could mistook that for a weird 720..... Also is Bizet and Goldstone related or what?? so alike!
  • 7 4
well a cashroll is kindve a 720 variation in a way! and also, in his run it wasnt a cashroll, it was just a slightly dumped 7

the squid lid kid! impressive that he gets 2nd in NZ and now on the podium for 4 European events

he's got some cool tricks and glad a local to me kid is doing great. But I still can't get into his style...

definitely on a roll with the judges… we'll see how he does against the diamond riders at Swatch Prime Line

Where is the full video ?

He does throw that cash roll different ways but yeah I agree, that was just a wild 7 with a dump at the end. Holy crap was Bizet's run insane.... cash roll, dub backie into a corked 7... umm...

Bizet has the best cashrolls in the game.
  • 17 4
Rogatkin just does a floppy 720
  • 6 2
Yeah you have do be upside down at some point to call it a cash roll.
  • 4 2
benny phillips has the best tho.

I can't even do these tricks in my dreams

 yeah.. know that feeling too...

If Bizet can put down a run like that in a Diamond Series event, it would be a great contender for the Semenuk-Rheeder monopoly. Here's hoping he skakes things up a bit later in the year!
  • 20 11
Not really Semenuk and Rheeder are on another level of technique , flow and creativity!
  • 6 7
Nowhere near Semenuks/Rheeders level of riding TBH. Just look at Semenuks rotorua run that he went down on the last jump, the amplitude, tricks, combos, flow are insane compared to this.

I think Antoine is going to make it sooner or later, he has some biiiiig tricks like his cashrolls, no handed double backs, and he also has some good tricks off step downs. Plus he just proved in this contest he can put all that together (twice) let's see what happens in the next diamond events!

you have to say, that it was really windy when Bizet did this run, so mad props for even landing a single one of these tricks
  • 2 0
@anchoricex agree...but Antoine is on another style.Semenuk/Rheeder are more typical bar-whip guys (not always and I really like this amazing riders) and Bizet is f*cking insane rotational machine Big Grin Maybe he can put it in one run.. and remember, he have some ultrabangers like double flip nohand and opposite cork720)
  • 1 1
I'm a huge Sem/Rheeder fan & yeah Bizet just did some scary shit. It's hard to compare things on different courses, but if that wasn't just the best of luck on his best day then I think Bizet could be in the spot Rheeder was just a couple years ago, the threat to watch. Especially if Hyperx is right about opposite corked 7s.

@freeride-forever Bizet did oppocork7 in Vienna air king 2015, u can see videos on FMB World Tour instagram)
  • 1 2
bizet is goofy foot when he does corked tricks
  • 2 0
@AsafGurfinkel lol what?U can see in his winning run (26TRIX 2015) normal cork7 and much more normal cork7 on other videos, but only in VAK 2015 he did oppo cork7.No goofy for cork7.

I remember when Darren Berrecloth was one of the first people to do a tail whip on a mountain bike, and I thought it was absolutely insane.
  • 8 0
I remember Lance McDermott's front flip on an mtb, in 2008, or something. that too was insane.
  • 1 1
Pretty sure Darren wasn't the first to tail whip a mtb.
  • 10 1
Rogatkin should get docked for how sketchy he landed almost everything there.
  • 3 1
Yeah but the way he can complete a run with sketchy landings when most would just give up is exciting to watch.

Bizet lays down a run like that, then out for the year after season-ending injury when knocked off the podium during celebratory shenanigans...

 what a run from bizet!

bizets run............holy f*ck that was insane
  • 5 2
rogatkin"s uncorked 7 just looks weird
  • 4 3
Not one to normally do this sort of thing, but, those are cork sevens. This is a cash roll.
  • 2 0
Daniel Dhers was the one who came up with the trick but no-one got them as good as Brett had them.
  • 1 0
@snook yes, but I think that judges marked it like cashrool cause of type of rotational force (with rear brake and some front turn).
