Why not, thats what the forum is all about. The top 3 riders went all out made the podium, I think Martins run was better but Brendon is beast foaming at the mouth on every course he rides. Discussion is good, I agree sometimes it gets annoying, I don't hate players or the game. Ride on, and have fun.

Dont know why this is even being discussed because Semenuk is the clear winner but here we go..

Plus semenuk oozes style which also made him deserve the win. But this is just my opinion and it really doesn't matter and neither do yours because the contest is over and the (trained) judges saw what they saw, and i think they got it right.

Martin 1st, Reader 2nd and Semenuk 3rd. Semenuk normally wins because of his impeccable style and execution, if you ask me that run was dirt, coming up short on the 450 with bow knees, dirty big gap over that feature and landing in manual witch was gaaaaash and then just overall scatty style throughout the corse. For the main crankworks even i think a high end bmx dirt judge should be brought in who doesn't know the previous results etc of any of the riders. That would give all the riders an even playing field and stop semenuk winning out of his name.

at first i would agree, those 3's were looking super squirrelly - but that gap over the pad was nutty and same with that cork 720 at the end

Think Soderstrom's run was way smoother, more stylish and generally nicer to watch. But Semenuk's run had a huge switch 3 out of the whale tail, he GAPPED THE f*ckING PAD??!! and that corked 7 was mighty fine also. I preferred to watch Soderstrom's run, but there again I always prefer his style of riding, the technical difficulty of Semenuk's run, in addition to the creative (and insane) line choice meant it was a deserved win.

I'm getting tired of people saying the same things in comments after each event, so I'm throwing in my 2 cents. Semenuk has the most technically difficult runs and, in my opinion, is smoother than other riders. Soderstrom is a ridiculously clean rider, but he doesn't have the same depth and variation. If you watch, all of his runs are very similar. Granted, his spins and whips are dialed, but I'm waiting to see him go upside down. Regardless of any of this, leave it to the judges.

Ferney, you should just stop. Though I too dislike the complaining about judging after every event, Andrew has a point. This is a partly (mostly) social site, so diverse opinions should be encouraged. I'd also like to point out that Andrew was being very respectful and humble in his comments, until you came in and decided it was appropriate to insult him and discount his opinions.

i thought semenuks run was by far the best! opp tricks like crazy and jumping over the box was gnarly... also the dump 7 is nicer then 3 double whip in my opinion

now that i watch it again there tricks were completely even, and it came down to who was smoother and more stylish which in my opinion was martin he just stuck everything cleaner, obviously the judges didnt see it that way.

my 2 cents, the oppo whip into the whales tale was way more of a guttsey move because if stuffed up run over, the double whip out of the whales tale was straight up gnarly, but brandon showing he can do two oppo tricks shows skill. i still say the truck of the up ledge should have got more points then jumping the whole thing even tho that would have been huge !! and defently the 3 double whip should be worth more then a cork 7. But i guess this is why we have judges to make the decision on the day because the top 3 runs where all so gnarly !
