Selected by Matt Wragg - This would be a lovely landscape shot without the rider, but the fact there is Brett Tippie silhouetted against the sunset sending what looks to be a pretty decent-sized drop just makes it all the more perfect.
Dunno how old Tippie is, but i'm guessing he's older than me . . . . but I know one thing, I will never have an ounce of his talent / passion / energy !!! The best ambassador for our sport. (dam fine photo to !)
Tippie keeps me honest about my limitations having way more to do with me being lazy than with me getting older. He's also a super nice guy in person and seems like he's all about family, friends, and good times.
My first day in Whistler ever, nervous as fuck, I jumped on a Tippie train with his brother and sent everything on A-Line, it was all high fives and stoke. Best day on a bike in my life. It is not an act, he is that cool.
