If the answers were all there they wouldn't have to hold the race...they would just give out medals. There are mechanicals, weather, illness, schedule, over training/racing and many more factors you need to think about.

It doesn't get much love but I like me 110 - 140 talas. Instant geometry adjustment and more squish at the same time. works great for going up himassa and down Ahab. try it you may like it

Medium carbon trance advanced
$4000 USDI bought this bike off of ebay after trying a medium around the parking lot. Its just too big even with a 50mm stem. Its in great shape but has definitely been ridden on some rocky trails. I'm getting a small and would consider a trade. 650b believe the hype - after riding this bike for a month I'm not going back to a 26er because its that much better
