5 Exercises for Faster Cornering

5 exercises to help you corner faster

Obviously core strength is huge for MTB racing, and it seems most of these exercises are geared towards building that up. Would you recommend also adding plyometrics? I'm sort of new to MTB racing, I've been XC skiing before, and I guess I'm also sort of asking how would I go about finding someone to help me build a full training plan for biking?

Thanks for the Videos I have been watching and implementing them into my routines and they really have been helping me out.

I just have a question about these exercises.
As I have given days to work pushing, pulling, legs, back and core a few of these exercises combine more than one area. What is the best routine to put these exercises into? Also how heavy should I lift when doing these and should the lifts be to failure to build strength or as many as possible to build endurance?

I took up mtb to keep fit after Muay Thai fights ( can't always run after) . I've found mtbing has helped my Muay Thai and I'm guessing the core work and hip flexing/turning over in Muay Thai helps my mtbing.
