see thats the prob most of never knew about freeriding at age 8. but now the riding world is so big that most people have seen it, or heard about this style or riding, riders or non.

Problem with kids riding is when they get hurt your not sure if u should support them. This kid I rode with was good but he broke a bone, then I felt bad letting him ride my jumps.

definitly not vod, i c many kids in my area ride much harder, not saying this kid sucks or anything just hes an average rider for his age.
that's bs, there isn't an 8 yr old i've ever met that can pull up off a curb. and i've been biking for 2 and a hlaf years
whilst i agree that its DEFINITELY not common to see riders this age being any good. It can happen. There's a 7 or 8 year old fairly local to me, who's pretty damn awesome. He rides an 18" bmx (subrosa letum), so it's a bit more managable for him, but i've seen him 360 out of a mellow bowl. and he can air higher than some kids twice his age on a mini ramp.
i wish my brothers rode bikes and weren't gay little f*gots that play runescape 24/7. lame ass peices of shart (my bro's)

he's pretty good for his age, but he didn't actually throw anything down, not even a tweak of the bars on the dirtjumps. really he's just good at balancing, since thats what he was doing for the most part, he wasn't ripping it down any trails or anything.

I just wish my 6 year old kid likes MTB as much as I do... maybe then I'll raise him the same way as this kid. Nice job of the parents too. Nothing better than a Parental Sponsorship from the very first ride.
