RideOn the new Rojinn Club Trail!
We had a great ride in the cold rain that later turned into lots of snow! Great fun in the winter chill!

Those snacks were from Okinawa a little present our shop owner shared with us. The purple stuff was kind of a sweet potato frosting, pretty good but overall a little too bland, I like my sweets sweet! ahahha
Yes, this is my local shop!
The Commencal and Kowa is a monster set up!
Yes, my buddy in red had a little trail bell on his bike.
So if there was a hiker they can hear us coming down.
It sounded funny in the video, ahahhahah
RideOn brother dude!

Thank you Baggyferret!
Yes, my knee is feeling about 60%!
I can pedal freely now and dont have much pain.
But on this ride, as it was raining I took a spill and hit my knee cap!
Ouuuch! It hurt like no ones business!
ahahaahaaah
However the its in good health that it didn't bother me much after!
Thank you for all the help mate!

What are trail building permissions like there? My buddies in Tokushima have built a huge trail (1 hour shuttle drive on paved roads) and awesome sections. Fantastic trail with many hours of work. Now hikers use it and have called a bunch of attention to it resulting in destruction of some features. Bummer. They still ride but they have to send a guy down with a radio then the group shreds a section. They stop, send another guy down and repeat to the bottom. They want to make sure no one collides. Basically if they piss off hikers they're afraid that they'll be kicked out. Right now they seem to have a decent relationship with everybody but it also seems fragile.

Well this trial the land is owned by the dude who was riding in Red.
So, beings its private land he father has given us permission to build and ride.
However, beings its his trail we must listen to what he wants and doesn't.
Yes, we have one other trial that we have been building for about 4-5 years now.
Its turned into an extensive little MTB park.
This land too is owned by one of our buddies so we have full permission.
However, in years passed we have build many trails without proper permission.
Eventually we were told to tear it all down.
Its a sad day taking down jumps and ladders we have spend so much time in but we soon found other locations to ride.
Japan is not yet as keen to bikes and trails like in Canada.
However, the day is slowly coming true!
hahahha
Hai! Okinawa no murasaki imo manju!
