Five8Five Jive
Momo and Niko Out for a long all day journey.
I forgot my helmet like a ignoramus in the rush of the morning along with my pads. So, I was fully unprotected.
Sorry not intentional but we still had a blast just taking my time and pacing myself to not get hurt!
Special thank you to 585 for the super fantastic riffs!
RideOn into the spring time fun! 2014

Yes, Very fun ride mate!
Thank you for the cool tunes, I hope I put them to good use!
I hope you are not offended for me using your pictures as you know it all in good thoughts.
I was shocked with your musical performance and as I was in the middle of editing I thought your songs would fit nicely!
Thank you brother Lars!
The castle has a deep story, I too have yet to hear.
There is very little written history of how and why many things happened.
I want to know when the castle was built and who lived there.
In the video you can see us jumping and dropping the levels of the castle, there are 4 levels so, Im guessing it was a huge castle!
RideOn brothers!

I am glad you liked the guitar, and were able to use it, and NO, I am not offended you used my photos, too...Thanks! Maybe we can do more collaborations in the future!

Ok,so close your eyes and think of this.......two super star shredders doing there thing , lots of laughs from the riders, nice trail side snacks, beautiful locations and all of this mixed with some soulful riffs from the heart.....
Open your eyes and the realise the riders are just two guys who have a amazing skill set who ride for love as the method of payment ,the laughing is REAL,the snacks were not sponser suplied and the location is just a trail somewhere in Japan not a bike park or a film set.....and the tunes are not from a multi award winning artist but from a man who is gifted enough not only to be a fine musician but gifted enough to let someone use his stuff for free and get a kick out of it......
This is what MTB needs to get back to.Strong riding in beautiful places with laughs and sweet tunes.....what im saying is that MTB is best served raw,not in a 5 star Bar and Grill ......i am so proud to see my man 585 has his music used on two of my fave all time riders on PB......true stars of MTB brothers, really impressed.....man i could listen to that all day

Thank you SamJam, you brought a tear to my eye!
ahhahahah
I think there is something lost in MTBing now days, you are right.
We ride for the pure fun and thrill of our free time.
Music is very difficult to come by and if bros can help bros to collaborate, thats pure magic!
I love main stream biking and videos with a passion but, I agree we should just vast in the glory of the ride with some heart felt tunes.
Lets, all think of ways we can start collaborating our ideas!
Congratulations Samy on your new creation!

Thank you Sprokets, we had a killer all day ride!
The wind was like ice but we stayed strong and made it to the peak.
For lunch I made some tomato, cheese soup with macaroni and bread for dipping, yummy!
The tunes were another PikeBikes five8five strumming his guitar, made for a killer video!

Lars strumming his Axe while Niko and MoMo shred the mountains. Perfect mix. Good to see you back in action on the bike.
I keep thinking about putting together a hard tail. Have you seen the rock s n roots around here. My ass says nope stick to plush dualies hahahhahahahahahha.
The sand box looks like a cool place to build some big jumps with soft landings.

hhahahahhahhhahha
Yes, HT are great fun but they really show you how bumpy the road can be, ahhaha
This trail too has some very nasty rocky sections that I would prefer my CherryBomb all the way, ahahhah
The SandBox was a new spot we just checked out, but beings no one is ever there, we could totally build some jumps for sure!
I have to thank Lars for his strumming, made for a great mix with Momo and I!
RideOn brother!

Nice to see you back Niko... it's been an age (for you!) without a vid. BTW, tomorrow I am doing the "chuugata" driving test and if all that goes well then I can feel a road trip coming on!!!

So, I have been making videos but just of a different genera, ahhahh
This was a great ride!
It felt wonderful to got on a full bike and hike again.
The family and I climbed this same mountain the week prior, but its quite different on foot than bike.
hahahhahha
Good Luck on your driving test mate!
I have my fingers crossed!
We too want to find the time and make a road trip your way soon!
I was hoping for this month but Im tied down with work as the school year is ending and changing.
Its always a loopy month for me, ahhahahhahha
We have lots of killer trail to ride so if you ever make it this way, we will create the ultimate trip mate!

Makin' Five8Five famous!! Fun video as always, that grassy area looked fun, nice ridge to ride on!

Thank you brother!
Five8Five will be famous by nightfall!
Maybe!
The grassy area use to have a castle there about 800 years ago.
It makes for a killer peak ride but I would have loved to have seen the real castle.
It was torn down about 400-500 years ago when a top samurai wanted to be #1 and had all the surrounding castles torn down!
However its a good hike and bike ride!
Thank you!

This is how Ajimi-looks from many angles!
Its a treasure of a trail for us!

I remember man! Great trail.. looking like its had a spring haircut.. is it maintained by city officers? Do they use machinery, brush cutters or slashing vehicles?
- + 1
I assume just weed wackers to cut the brush.
The road is so steep and narrow the only way up is on foot!
They do a great job for sure keeping things in good shape, total respect!
Thanks for using my "music" in your video! I am HONORED to be a part of it!!!!!!
Killer riding, brothers!
