bigquotesEarlier in the summer Kurt Sorge and I managed to get together for a morning shoot. Kurt had been all over the world wrapping up "Where The Trail Ends", if memory serves me correctly he had just returned from shooting in Utah, prior to that in China, and the following week he would be on a flight to Nepal.

Back at home for a few days in Nelson BC, Kurt and I met up to nab some shots. Looking to get some pack shots for Evoc, Sorge and I decided a little up close and personal whip might do the trick, this was a first attempt which nearly had us making contact mid flight as he blew by at near mach speeds.

Kurt along with the many others evolving the sport of Mountain Biking are truly dedicated athletes, hard work seems to be a grossly overused understatement. I was impressed with the amount of photos we bagged that day, and if 4 hours of photos can be gauged against the 2+ years spent preparing for "Where The Trail Ends" I have to say we are all in for a big surprise. - Landon Stirling

 I sit here, alone in my house dreaming of whipping that big... A whip so big it has to order two seats when it goes on a plane... A whip so big that it uses a mobility scooter even though it's legs still work... A whip so god damn enormous that it sucks the trail into orbit around it... And then I look on Pinkbike - and he's just done it.

32 times for me to try and win is too fu%king much!!
So I took the Bull by the horns...peeled that puppy back and tattooed EVOC on my own bag!
I then whipped it out and looked at it in the mirror...and it spelled COVE!!
WTF?
Can you PLEASE hook me up with the people at COVE?
Because now all my "special friends" desperately want to ride on COVE!!
