I am currently having a similar issue with a Fox Float DPS, but I think it's not the shock, but rather the mounting HW. Just changing the upper shock bolt with a new one significantly reduced the issue. The new bolt is a tighter fit than the old bolt.

WBD Sports Announces Elite Women Will Race Last at the Leogang World Cup in Historic First for Downhill

@Christianlalondevai: At last year's XCO WC in NMNM women elite race was on Saturday. On Sunday it was some junior race, then men elite and U23 men were last. Most people had left the venue before the U23 men race started. Also the depos were being disassembled, catering etc. The race weekend effectively ended shortly after the finish of elite men race for everyone but the U23 men actually racing.
