The best thing is the sweeper puts down the fastest time of the day, then an U17 rider, Oli Clark.
Also woman’s fastest time of the day is set by an U17 rider.

The juniors and sweepers all flying.

Please post the u17 results. Oli Clark posted the fasted time of the day, he was also the fastest time overall at last week's race. 2nd place u17 Tyler Waite 3rd fastest time of the day.

Cameron Rutherford is the stand out in this race at under 15.

@Jonesey23: Foreigners are most definitely allowed to enter. So you'd have to ask the riders for their reasons why they aren't racing (along with other top NZ riders who aren't). Clearly some love to race whenever they have the opportunity.... others are more selective

Just one city > 5M BTW and it’s sad that Germany even have no more elite WC DH riders. Your overall mtb Level in NZ is much higher then here in talent and locations.

@Jonesey23: They can enter if they want. Emphasis on "if they want". Bernie entered at Cardrona but didn't do race day. All the pro's here are just lapping etc in Queenstown doing their own thing. The Syndicate less Greg is here, but they just seem to be out testing the new bike. They aren't here to race, in other words - it is their off-season afterall.

@dh-corn: Jess is hanging with Nina Hoffman in Queenstown - on the slow mend from Hardline. Maybe she will do a round, who knows? Most likely, just the NZ Championship round i would think (which is separate to the series which is what this article's results are) to defend the sleeve.
